WHAT ASSETS DO YOU NEED FROM ME TO PROCEED?

• We require a feature, trailer, closed caption, artwork and metadata in order to proceed with delivery. Please refer to our delivery requirements here.

WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A CLOSED CAPTION?

• We can get a closed caption created for $5.00 per minute.

DO YOU ALSO OFFER FOREIGN LANGUAGE SUBTITLES?

• Yep! Pricing varies from $8.00 - $12.00 per minute based on the language. Feel free to ask for a quote.

WILL YOU DO ANYTHING TO MARKET MY FILM?

• Because we are a flat fee service and do not take any percentages, we do not market your film. However, we will be happy to share the release on our many social media platforms and newsletter.

WHAT FEES DO YOU CHARGE?

• Feature Films

  • We charge $1,500.00 for the first platform, and $350.00 for each additional platform.

• Episodic

  • We charge $500.00 for the first platform, and $150.00 for each additional platform.

• Short Films (<45 Mins Runtime)

  • We charge $750.00 for the first platform, and $250.00 for each additional platform.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES?

• After the first year, we charge a $19.99 monthly subscription fee. This fee covers any maintenance needed while the file is available on the platform.

IS MY FILM AUTOMATICALLY PLACED IN FRONT OF SVOD PLATFORM BUYERS?

• It is automatically submitted for review to our licensing team to be potentially included in the pitch to the SVOD Platform buyers.  Our licensing team is educated in the specific requirements and standards each SVOD platform has for content, so our evaluation ensures that anything being pitched to the SVOD platforms, meets those standards.  So we do not guarantee it will be submitted to the buyers from the SVOD platforms, but it will be reviewed by our licensing team to see if it is a fit for any of them. If your title meets the standards and quality required for each platform, then yes it will be pitched to them.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GET MY FILM ON A SVOD PLATFORM?

• If we review your film and receive a licensing fee from an SVOD platform, we keep a 30% distribution fee.

HOW IS MY FILM PRICED ON THE PLATFORMS?

• You get to choose the price on the platforms, but the pricing needs to be consistent throughout all platforms. For independent features, we recommend $9.99 HD / $7.99 SD for purchase and $4.99 HD / $3.99 SD for rental.

WHEN DO I GET PAID?

• Platforms pay at different times. Some pay monthly and some pay quarterly. Once payment is received by the platform, you will receive a notification and can request a payout within 48 hours.

• Once royalties are in your account you can click “Deposit Pay” and your money will get deposited to your bank account within 24-48 Hours.

CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?

• Once metadata and assets are submitted to Turn Key Distribution, there are no refunds as our work has already started.
